Goals are important, but many times they are more like "wishes" or "wants" not really things we are willing to sacrifice for to achieve. For this exercise, please select only those goals that you really want or need, not the ones you should, could, oughta, or might want. You will want to look deep inside and write down 10 personal and professional goals that you want to achieve in the next 3 months. When you set the right goals for yourself, you should feel excited, a little nervous, and ready and willing to go for them!
